Read First:
We send Burt a box every 3-4 weeks (year round) so he can sign all items as requested. So based on when we
receive your order, turn round times can and will vary -- based on when Burt will (or sent to Burt in the next
scheduled shipment. Burt receives the box, signs everything. Returns everything back to us. We then process
and mail your photo back to you.
This is important to know because, if you send us any item larger than an 8x10 photo, we will use your box and
packaging to get your item through the above process. Make sure you have packaged your items(s) very, very
well. If highly valuable, insure for the re-placement value. Please make sure you have read and understand the
above.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Based on reading the above information, you can understand how important packaging your item actually is. All
items larger than an 8x10 Photo, we will use your box and packaging to send your item(s) to Burt, back to us
via UPS and then sent USPS back to you. Additional Shipping Charges may be due if you have an over sized,
large or heavy box. Shipping charges are based on size and weight from zip code to zip code. Items send
to/from Burt Ward are shipped UPS Ground. We will return your item USPS First Class Mail, Tracking and
Delivery Confirmation.
Robin the Boy Wonder, Burt Ward Live, or SD Productions is not and cannot be held responsible for any
damage that may occur during the "shipping and/or handling" of your items(s). Additional Shipping Charges
may be due. Contact us if you have any questions. I have read both "Read First" and "Terms & Conditions",
sections, and I do agree to the terms and conditions. I will confirm this by selecting "Yes I Understand To The
